shf was baned under the law of harmonization

as a stuff of government (by its' words), it has been treated higher

and it got a new ID: zfgz which might means "work for government"

PS the word "it" is used as we are not sure about the gender, it should be female in common sense, however, the words from SHF shows higher aggression and dirtiness with make me confuse.
