For a player this will indicate how hard he will work to be the best he can be and how likely he is to jump at the opportunity to play for a bigger club in order to fulfil his potential. Also, this rating can affect his motivation in certain match situations.
胡乱翻一下，基本意思就是野心高表明球员才会更容易到达自己的巅峰状态，并且会想为更好的符合自己最高潜力的俱乐部效力。野心也影响某些比赛情况下的球员的积极性。
除非你想一辈子都执教一支弱旅，才不需要野心高的球员。一个球员野心低的话是很难达到巅峰状态的[即CA与PA的差值会比较大]。 多谢指点。
