每项的一周数值累积总和/训练单项理论最大值147=百分比
但不知道效果是怎样评定的。
不过有一点软件设计者可能没有想到,那就是足球训练并非只是几个效果分值的无序累加,还需要考虑到整个联赛赛程的安排与球员平时训练时的规律性,如赛前赛后的竞技准备与恢复、何时进行体能储备、何时加强演练战术、何时调整心态等等。一味追求高强度的训练,有时效果会适得其反。

A little note on the script regarding the % of mat intensity.
7 days/week * 3 training sessions/day = 21 training sessions/week
21 training sessions/week * 7 (max rating/session) = 147 max rating/week

34 is the higest possible rating in a single schedule, Overloading (attacking)
and Overloading (defensive).
